When you have kids wanting their own rooms or plan to go camping trips with friends and family members, finding the right RV can be a challenge. There’s nothing worse than cramped quarters ruining a vacation. But you can solve this problem with an RV with 2 bedrooms.

RV units with two separate bedrooms allow everyone to have their privacy when sleeping or having “me” time. We’ve reviewed some exciting RVs with two bedrooms, so you can make the best decision when buying or renting one.

RV With 2 Bedrooms: Our Top 7 Picks

We’ve reviewed a total of seven 2 bedroom RV units, including travel trailers, Class A motorhomes, and fifth wheels. There are no campers with 2 bedrooms on the list because there’s none on the market. It’s hard to find a fully-enclosed one bedroom, let alone two bedroom campers.

Let’s find the best RV with 2 bedrooms from our reviews:

1. Keystone Hideout 29QBS (Travel Trailer)

  • GVWR: 6,683 lb.
  • External Length: 33′ 3″
  • Freshwater Capacity: 37 gal.
  • Sleeps: Up to 10

The Keystone Hideout 29QBS is ideal for families seeking a roomy RV with 2 bedrooms. In fact, the trailer has comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. The 33-foot unit has two enclosed bedrooms, a nice option for families with multiple children.

The primary bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and lots of storage underneath. Quality bedside outlets and a TV hookup make it feel just like home. Meanwhile, youngsters will love the bunkroom fitted with cozy elevated beds. Best of all, bunking kids separately from adults ensures everyone gets a good night’s rest.

With two dedicated bedrooms, parents receive privacy while still maintaining an open concept kitchen and lounge area to socialize as a group. The U-shaped dinette and jackknife sofa provide ample daytime seating too.

Storage is plenty in this Hideout 29QBS model, from overhead cabinets to under-bed compartments. The closets in the main bedroom are ideal for multiple suitcases and bulky linens. Outside, spacious pass-through bays and a rear storage bay accommodate chairs, bikes, and outdoor gear.

This well-designed travel trailer with 2 bedrooms offer families just the right balance of private spaces and togetherness through its two-bedroom floor plan.

2. Cruiser Embrace EL310 (Travel Trailer)

  • GVWR: 7,680 lb.
  • External Length: 30′ 8″
  • Freshwater Capacity: 44 gal.
  • Sleeps: Up to 8

The Cruiser Embrace EL310 is a great option if you’re looking for an RV with 2 bedrooms.

The spacious 31-foot floor plan offers a king-sized rear master suite with a 60″ x 80″ queen bed, which is sure to please mom and dad. Meanwhile, three double bunks in the other bedroom keep kids cozy. With separate sleeping arrangements, parents can relax knowing little ones won’t disturb them at night.

At just under 7,700 pounds, the Embrace EL310 can be towed easily. Inside, high 6’11” ceilings make the layout feel roomy rather than tight. The generously-sized galley has all modern conveniences like a multi-burner range. Out in the living space, the tri-fold sofa and big screen TV make sure you have quality afternoon and evening gatherings.

Storage is plentiful as well, from overhead cabinets lining the walls to a massive through-garage up front. You won’t feel cramped here like in so many small travel trailers.

With two private bedrooms and residential features, the Cruiser Embrace provides families the ideal home-away-from-home at an accessible size to pull.

3. Coachmen Freedom Express Select 31SE (Travel Trailer)

  • GVWR: 9,500 lb.
  • External Length: 35′ 6″
  • Freshwater Capacity: 50 gal.
  • Sleeps: Up to 9

We recently checked out the 2023 Coachmen Freedom Express Select 31SE. As a family who enjoys road trips and camping, we were impressed by its two bedroom configuration.

The front master bedroom provides privacy for parents with a queen bed, overhead cabinets, and wardrobes on both sides. It feels quite spacious for an RV bedroom. The back bunkhouse is great for kids. With bunk beds and additional storage, they have their own space too. We liked that the slide-out expands this area further at campsites.

What really sold us is how well the two bedrooms accommodate our family. Most RV floor plans only have one bedroom. But this RV with 2 bedrooms saves a lot of hassle during busy camping weekends when friends or other family members visit us.

The rig has a u-shaped dinette and recliners in the living area, giving us room to spread out inside on rainy days. All the basic amenities are here as well. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The bathroom layout works. And there’s enough fresh water capacity for longer trips.

We feel that the Freedom Express is one of the best value 2 bedroom travel trailers. It checks all the boxes for comfy multi-night camping with the whole crew in tow.

4. Entegra Vision XL 36A (Class A Motorhome)

  • GVWR: 24,000 lb.
  • External Length: 38′ 10″
  • Freshwater Capacity: 72 gal.
  • Sleeps: Up to 10

We really like that the Entegra Vision XL 36A offers two private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. As a family of four, having separate spaces to retreat to at the end of a long day on the road is really appealing.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the coach and feels quite roomy with its king size bed. You’d have plenty of space to get ready and move around in the morning without feeling cramped. The large walk-in closet and washer/dryer option would be so convenient for longer trips too. The ensuite bathroom is luxurious with its shower and toilet.

The children would enjoy having their own bunk room just next door. While it’s not as spacious as the master, the bunk beds provide a cozy nook for them to fall asleep. Having a full bath just across the hall is a nice bonus.

Also, the drop-down bunk over the cab and convertible dinette offer more flexible sleeping if necessary. The RV can accommodate a total of 10 people, so you can have guests staying overnight.

With so many options, everyone can find a comfortable place to rest in this spacious 2 bedroom motorhome.

5. Thor Miramar 37.1 (Class A Motorhome)

  • GVWR: 24,000 lb.
  • External Length: 39′ 1″
  • Freshwater Capacity: 100 gal.
  • Sleeps: Up to 7

We were really impressed with the bedroom and sleeping arrangements in this Thor motorhome. It offers not one but two separate bedrooms, ensuring plenty of privacy for traveling families or groups.

The master suite is roomy with an incredible king-sized bed that reclines for maximum comfort. Storage is also great with a wall of cabinets. After long days on the road, that big bed will have you resting easy.

The other bedroom provides double bunk beds, perfect for kids. We thought it was so neat how the upper bunk lowers electrically at the push of a button. No more worries about little ones falling. Both rooms also have TVs, so no one has to fight over what to watch before dozing off.

In addition, a spacious sofa folds out and the dinette converts to an extra bed. So, with the bunks and dual bedrooms, up to seven people can sleep comfortably. Storage is abundant too with pockets throughout for belongings.

With two private spaces and sleeping for a crowd, this RV with 2 bedrooms is a top choice for families traveling together.

The bunk room has plenty of sleeping arrangements with a bunk bed overhead and a queen size bunk below. It also has its own half bath, TV nook, and second exterior door. It’s basically like a little apartment.

The living area is also huge thanks to the large slide. It can easily accommodate a family of four to six with the sleeper sofa and free standing dinette.

The kitchen is also extremely well-appointed with a huge pantry to hold food for a week or more. And the outside kitchen is perfect for quick cookouts without heating up the inside.

7. Coachmen Chaparral Lite 29BH (5th Wheel)

  • GVWR: 11,300 lb.
  • External Length: 35′ 3″

In addition to the private master bedroom up front, it has a large bunk room in the back that can sleep four kids comfortably. While it’s not a huge space, the bunk beds make excellent use of the floor plan. The kids will think it’s great fun to have their own room on trips.

You’ll also love the open living area and full kitchen. The large slide houses either a panoramic sectional sofa or a dinette table, giving you flexibility for relaxing or dining together. And best of all, on those trips with extra guests, the sofa easily sleeps 2 more! The kitchen island is a nice space for meal prep too.

At just over 35 feet, this RV has a lightweight design. You can easily tow it by an SUV.
